Overview
What is B2 German?
B2 is the upper ‘independent user’ CEFR level. At B2 you can understand the main ideas of complex texts, including technical discussions in your field, interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular conversation with native speakers possible, and produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects while explaining a viewpoint.

Follows B2 Netzwerk – Deutsch als Fremdsprache. A separate B2 exam preparation programme (online, 1.5 hours a day for 25 working days, one-on-one available) is offered for learners who already have B1.

How long is the B2 course?
Full B2 course — online: 1.5 hours a day for 40 working days; classroom: 4 hours a day for 45 working days. The B2 exam preparation programme runs online for 1.5 hours a day over 25 working days.
Do you offer a 30-day B2 fast-track?
Yes. The B2 exam preparation programme is designed for learners who already have B1-level German and want focused, time-bound exam training. One-on-one classes are also available.
Do you prepare for both Goethe and telc B2?
Yes. Both formats are covered, and GCA guides you on choosing the exam that fits your pathway.
Is B2 required for nursing recognition in Germany?
Many nursing recognition routes require B2 (often with a nursing-specific B2 exam). Requirements differ by route and federal state, so always confirm the current rule for your case.
Can I do B2 online?
Yes. Both the full B2 course and the B2 exam preparation run as live online classes.
